A former judge and President of the Military Tribunal at the Ministry of Defense and Aviation.

Holder of a Master Degree in Criminal Justice (Criminal Policy) from Naef University for Security Science (2007), a Bachelor in Administration from King Faisal Air base Faculty and a Bachelor in Basics of the Islamic Religion from Imam Mohamad Bin Saud Islamic University.

Mr. Al Qerni has acquired a deep knowledge in the Military Justice legal environment through his valuable contributions to the development of the Judicial procedures for the armed forces, including the preparation of military Judicial precedents guidelines, the unified guidelines and procedures of adjudication before the Judiciary Panel. In addition, Mr. Al Qerni acted as advisor to the higher command and military committees and presided over many investigation committees and research related to the Military Criminal Code.

Besides his Judicial Background, Mr. Al Qerni possesses high technical and administrative skills acquired from the positions held during his long years of service and his participations in many workshops, seminars, in various committees allowing him for letters of appreciation and decorations of highest Degrees.
