Mr. Matta acquired a unique experience in Saudi laws and regulations during his 5 years term (2006-2001) as legal advisor for the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) in Riyadh, (Committees for Resolving Insurance Disputes and Regulations Infringements).
Mr. Matta has a longstanding experience in Commercial, Corporate, Insurance and financial laws in addition to a deep knowledge in Labor and Social Security laws that helped him qualify for the position of senior legal advisor on a pioneer project to develop the Occupational Hazards Branch within the General Organization for social Insurance (GOSI) in the KSA.
Mr. Matta’s experience in Saudi Arabia Extends to the development of insurance and financial training courses for the Institute of Finance, the educational arm of the Central Bank (SAMA), in cooperation with the American Institute for Casualty and Property underwriters (AICPCU) in the USA.
Mr. Matta has also acquired during his legal profession for over 22 years of practice a remarkable expertise in handling lawsuits and litigations in various commercial and corporate matters in Lebanon and the GCC countries.
