Graduate from Shariah and Law from Imam Mohamed Bin Saud University in Riyadh. Holder of Higher Diploma in Criminal Law from the Judicial Supreme Institute.

Mr. Al Dossary started his career in the legal profession 23 years ago, as Attorney at Law with the Attorney General’s Office in Riyadh, before he decided to move on to the much more challenging profession of legal consulting. During his term in the Attorney General’s Office Mr. Al Dossary occupied the position of Head of the Attorney’s Office in many region across the Kingdom, namely in Riyadh and the Eastern province.

Mr. Al Dossary acquired a longstanding experience in different areas of legal practices, namely criminal laws related to economic and commercial activities, including mistrust, fraud, money laundering, financial disclosures, Capital Market Authority laws and regulations, criminal monetary laws and regulations under the Central Bank (SAMA) as well as Saudi Customs laws and regulations
